A Functional Diagnostic Health Practitioner specializing in gut health and metabolic flexibility.

After years of struggling with my own health — unexplained fatigue, digestive pain, hormonal chaos — and hearing “everything looks normal” one too many times, I took matters into my own hands. That journey led me to Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® to uncover the

deeper root causes that conventional medicine often overlooks.

Now, I help women reclaim their energy, rebuild their health from the inside out, and finally feel good in their bodies again — using targeted lab testing, personalized protocols, and the “whole person” approach.

I live and work between Vancouver, BC and Marbella, Spain, and support clients globally through my online practice — helping women from North America to Europe reconnect with their vitality, clarity, and confidence.

I’m also a proud mamma of two incredible young men who are my rock and constant source of inspiration. They’ve taught me the value of resilience, curiosity, and leading with heart — lessons I carry into my work every day.
